In-Person Program

Our classroom program is a fun and exciting way to meet and train with like-minded runners who strive to reach their highest potential as athletes. It is a 16-week program broken down into three phases designed to help you succeed in the marathon or the half-marathon. You tell us which race you’re training for and we’ll take care of the rest.

Each program includes:

  • Initial assessment and evaluation
  • Available 5-, 6-, or 7-day per week programs customized to your level of fitness and experience
  • Instructor-led group runs
  • Workshops, lectures, and guest speakers
  • Open Q & A sessions with the coaches
  • End-of-phase plan and pace adjustments to ensure that you’re always training at the proper intensities
  • Race day preparation
  • Limited class size


  • $100/month or $360 upfront for the entire program
